A fix was implemented by SaaS Alerts Engineering last night and we are monitoring the results.
In a few cases, there are duplicate events that actively being de-duplicated. There may be delays in the creation of PSA tickets and SaaS Alerts Engineering is monitoring.

Beginning approximately 11:00 AM EST, the SaaS Alerts Engineers began observing longer than expected response times in data retrieval.
SaaS Alerts Engineers have identified the issue, implemented a fix and are actively monitoring.
There is no data loss.
